Jay owned a large property management and construction company Crossroads Realty & Vail Construction Group, in Vail for over ten years with his wife.  They sold the property management portion of the company in 2014 in order for Jay to fully focus on general contracting and residential real estate development.  Jay has been a general contractor for over 20 years and has built, is building, or has remodeled some of the most prominent properties in the Vail Valley.
