Mexamer partnered with Aspen One and purchased this prime location during the "covid lull" in development in 2020 as a redevelopment. The plan was to tear down the previous residence and develop a new single family home that was just over 7,000 square feet. After 12 years of attempting to get approval of the new Lift One, final approval came just days after Mexamer Garmisch had the property under contract. A buyer pursued the group prior to permitted plans through their agent and we were able to successfully agree to sell the land with our plans in their unapproved form and the new owner "stepped into our shoes" and took over the project. The land was sold for a significant profit for the fund.
